- If you are not satisfied for any reason we will provide a full refund within 10 DAYS from date shipped. Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged. Refund only back to original method of payment.
- Returns after 10 days will be store credit.
- If not shipped back to us within the 3 days of a return label issued to you, the return will be voided.
- We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records.
- The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns. You will receive the return once merchandise is inspected to reselling condition.
No fragrance can be on returned merchandise.
- Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
- Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
- At this time we can offer an equal exchange if the item you received is damaged.
- We offer free shipping on your damaged exchange item(s), which will be shipped to you via USPS priority mail.
- If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, we can offer an exchange in the same dollar amount to you within 10 days (you pay shipping and handling to return your item back to us, We pay to send you a new one).

- You will be issued a USPS Return Shipping label.
- Follow below return instructions in order to ship out your original product.
