RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Please keep in mind we are a small business, not amazon, and we do not offer free shipping on your exchange. We will pay for the shipping to send you out a new item but not for the exchange back. Exchanges can also be made in any 4 store locations. Do NOT ship us your item from “Boho Beach Hut- shipping from
china reno nevada” . This company has no relation or affiliation with the BOHO BEACH, LLC BRAND. 
  • NO CASH BACK OR REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
  • If you are not satisfied for any reason we will gladly exchange it for you or provide store credit to you. You have up to 10 DAYS from date shipped to exchange your item. *Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged, free of any fragrance or perfume.
  • Exchange can be made in any of our stores.
  • If you wash the garment, wear it, and ruin it we will not take back your item. 
  • To ship your exchange: please mail back your item with tracking, to Boho Beach 2157 Rt 35 Sea Girt NJ 08750 When we receive it we will process the item and issue you a store credit minus the shipping costs(if you paid shipping). 
  • We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records.
  • The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for an exchange and reserves the right to reject the return. You will receive the exchange or store credit once merchandise is inspected to reselling condition. 
  • No fragrance or smoke can be on returned merchandise. 
  • Once the exchange has been processed, you will receive an exchange email confirmation that contains your credit. we can also text you a credit. 

EXCHANGES

  • At this time we offer an equal exchange if the item you received isn’t what you want or is damaged.
  • If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, we can offer an exchange within 30 days in the same dollar amount to you (you pay shipping and handling to return your item back to us, We pay to send you a new one). 
  • Once your return has been received back in our distribution center, a new item will be shipped.
  • Please note exchanges are subject to availability of product.
